All staff were very friendly and helpful. The nurse who treated my daughter was very reassuring and gave excellent advice and support. The unit is very well organised and whilst you may have to wait to be seen, as the environment is very nice even this is not so bad.

Thank you for your positive comments posted on the NHS website regarding the care your Daughter received at the Altrincham General Hospital Minor Injuries Unit. It was very kind of you to take the time to write and compliment the staff as it is always good to receive positive feedback that reflects the hard work and dedication of our staff. It was also reassuring to read that you found the unit well organised and thought it was a positive environment. I can assure you that we have passed on your comments to the Head of Nursing who will share your comments the staff involved in your Daughter’s care.
