"Children's A&E"

After just having spent hours in A&E tonight, I feel I have to comment on the wonderful lady that was working on the front triage desk, I overheard her telling another lady that she'd been there since 7am (it was now 7pm)

So many Nurses, Doctors and Support staff do an amazing job with nowhere near enough pay. There were several people hassling her about their children having to still wait, that they'd been waiting hours etc etc, to which she calmly answered their questions whilst trying to hold the fort what seemed to be a really really busy day/night. Just wanted to show my gratitude and massive well done to her and all the other staff that work so hard. ??
