"Service has improved in recent months"

About: Station Road Surgery

Some very experienced doctors. One receptionist used to be rude, but I haven't seen her for a while and I think she's left. The new staff is very polite and accommodating. If you explain your problem and it is serious, they will try to book you an urgent appointment or asap. They now offer late appointments, after 5pm.

Also, the website has improved a lot and you can do a lot of things online (ask for a repeat prescription, e-diagnosis for non-urgent, general issues like snoring, etc.). Take a look.

Your appointment may run late, but this is because the doctors really take the time to check instead of rushing to get you out of the room. If you want quality service, don't complain if they take the time they need for a proper diagnosis.

Dear patient

Thank you for your kind words.

It is nice to know that staff are appreciated and that you have made use of our online services.

We do run an early morning surgery from 7am on a Wednesday and late surgeries on Tuesday and Wednesday pm to 7.30.

We also have available 8am - 8pm every day Monday to Sunday at either Queen Mary's or Erith Hospital Hub if there is not a convenient appointment available at the surgery.

once again, thank you for your kind words.

June Hearn, Practice Manager.
