"Fantastic Patient care"

Accompanied my son today, as my little grandson had a routine check on his new glasses. After a long, hot drive, we discovered that we should have been at the clinic in Belmont. My son is battling with the remains of a stonking summer cold, and hadn't taken in the fact that our appointment wasn't at the usual clinic. The staff were so patient and caring with us all, telephoned to see if we could still be seen there, and, when they couldn't access his notes, remade the appointment, and gave my grandson a sticker. What wonderful, caring, patient-focused staff! Thank you.
