After experiencing sudden deafness in one ear I wasn’t happy to say the least and whilst I would rather have not needed it, the experience I had with the staff who dealt with me at all levels from reception, audiologists to the consultant were absolutely, heartwarmingly wonderful. Thank you so, so much. The clinics were clean and efficient too. Very grateful indeed to the wonderful NHS.
