At the end of July I went for an echocardiogram and was fitted with a 24 hour monitor. When I arrived I was seen immediately. The procedure was done in a very friendly manner. My follow up appointment was on the 29th August, again I was seen immediately for blood pressure check etc all done by a very nice nurse. I then sat down and again I was called in after a few minutes to see the consultant cardiologist who was excellent in her approach and explanation. I don’t know if I was lucky with all of this but I felt praise should be given for the efficiency on both these visits. I was actually gob smacked. So that says it all.
