"I cannot think of enough plaudits to express my gratitude"

My experience with the Orthopaedic Pre op team at Victoria Hospital Kirkcaldy belies any negative comments.

I attended prior to my operation for a knee replacement. I was rather trepidation about what was to come. I had absolutely no need to worry. The whole team in my opinion should be commended for their professionalism and knowledge.

Jaquie at the outset made each of the recipients feel relaxed and listened to. Her short talk on the upcoming procedure and expectation was excellent.

Following on from her talk and the resulting tests, extremely professional and painless, the remaining team enhanced the experience. I cannot think of enough plaudits to express my gratitude to Jaquie, Lorraine, David and Andrew.

Although I am about to undergo an extremely painful procedure I am confident if the ward staff are as approachable, professional and knowledgeable as the Pre Op team my experience will remain bearable.
