(as a service user),

I have been unwell for several weeks now and unable to work.

Was admitted to Wishaw General for 3 nights. Had CT scan and MRI which ruled out a stroke. However was told I would need to see neurologist quickly as my symptoms are of that nature. I’ve been home now for almost a week and still had no word re. a date. Meanwhile my symptoms still are ongoing and very unpleasant.
