"Disregarding and rude"

About: Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother Hospital / Accident and emergency

I visited A&E on the 4th of sep at 4.30ish...reception staff pleasant...however when called to triage...i was taken in by an abrupt nurse ( whose name i have ) who made no attempt to listen to me or examine ..she took my blood pressure whilst telling me i should not have been there ( i have 2 been admitted via A&Efor similar condition and put on intravenous antibiotics) i was in extreme pain and she took my blood pressure with too small a cuff .over my sleeve whilst i was upset...my hand was covered in red pin dots afterwards.. i was in so much pain and stress i cried uncontrollably and had to go home.

Horrible experience and no standard of care at all.
