"The Perfect Balance"

Got an appointment from Dermatology for two skin biopsies to be carried out at the above department. I was taken exactly on time, and greeted in a very friendly manner by David, taken through to the treatment room and introduced to Lauriann. I was made to feel very welcome and informed of everything that was about to happen. I was very anxious before the procedure but to be honest once I was with David and Lauriann I forgot to be worried. Every detail was checked and double checked by David making me feel safe and relaxed. The injection, the biopsy and the stitches were all pain free and the chat made it all very easy for me. They have the perfect balance between making you feel relaxed and chatty and knowing that everything is being done professionally. I have been treated by David before and I was delighted to see him this time as he has a very nice professional manner. All in all my visit was perfect and I am very grateful to them both Thank you.
