"Keep up the good work"

After having an abnormal smear I went for a colposcopy at Lincoln on Branston ward. As a doctor I had read so many things that had scared me but the staff were exceptional from start to finish. They were all very well informed, approachable and professional and answered my questions to a very high standard. They explained everything in a clear and concise manner. I can’t recommend them enough, if all NHS staff were like these ladies it would be a 5* service all round! Keep up the good work, don’t let the system get you down! Thank you so much xx
