About: Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother Hospital / Accident and emergency

I wanted to thank the A&E night staff for their patience, care and attention of my father in law at 4am on a busy weekend. You were kind and thorough despite working in a packed department with beds doubled up and trolleys in the corridors on an August weekend.

If its like this in summer, it concerns me what it will be like in Winter! We received prompt and courteous treatment.
