"27 minutes wait on the phone to get an appointment"

The last few times I've had to visit a doctor, I've had very long wait on the phone to get through. I've been fobbed off with different nurses, and it's been clear that the nurses I saw were good, but didn't have a clue about my medical condition. The times I have been able to see doctors, they contradicted the advice given by the previous doctor totally.

I have been provided with an appointment time, I turn up a few minutes prior, and there has been an occasion where my wait has been over 30 mins, have been called in without an apology offered. As it is, it's impossible to get doctors appointment, not sure why the practice doesn't have more GP's, not sure why it's not open on Saturdays, the NHS advertises that surgeries will be open in the evening and Saturdays. It's not the case with this surgery. I have yet to meet my allocated GP.
