"Every single member of staff treated me with kindness"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

I had to stay overnight after a laparoscopy and can say without exception that every single member of staff treated me with kindness and compassion, I felt cared for and listened too. I was quite unwell and they went above and beyond to not only treat my symptoms but to make me feel comfortable and looked after. Thank you
