My son had a great fear of needles. Bev, who gave my son his boosters, is one of a kind. So very calming & patient reassuring him by telling him exactly what was happening & making sure he was happy with each step. At one point he felt ashamed but Bev turned that around saying not to feel that way because he had done so well by making it to the appointment. He couldn’t believe how quick it all was. He was very pleased with himself & we can’t thank Bev enough for helping him through his fear.
