Awful experience

"Awful experience"

Chaotic admin and cancelled appointments. Entered the building for first time and was stared at by 8 people at reception not saying a word. Traveled a long distance from work and was a little late due to road works outside but was refused extra time so could not have first session. Given incorrect instructions that my appointment was at another location. I'm unsure if I want to continue with a service that has such poor proccesses in place.

We sincerely apologise that you were provided with incorrect information about your appointment venue and that we may have had to cancel some of your appointments. Unfortunately we are unable to extend the duration of sessions – this is because each of our clinic rooms is booked on an hourly basis so that we can make full use of our clinical space.
