"Everything went well"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / Ear, Nose & Throat

(as a service user),

My wife attended ENT - Voice Clinic I attended as her carer.

We arrived early and were taken early which was great.

We were greeted by very friendly staff, who put my wife at ease as she was very nervous of the procedure. Everything went well and she was pleased with the outcome and looked forward to attending for exercises to help with her problem.

I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.

Dear zebraxq43,

Thank you for taking time to tell us about your visit. It is lovely to hear that you were treated so well and your wife was put at ease. I understand that any hospital visit can be daunting, but a procedure to concerning your voice, no wonder she was apprehensive.

I will make sure this is shared wiht the team; I am sure it will make their day,

Best wishes,

Eunice

p.s. I would be very concerned if I thought my voice would be affected. (Maybe that means I talk too much!!)
