A routine visit turned into a trauma for my daughter when lack of suitable specialist resulted in a huge and poorly applied cast being fitted to be on the safe side.
Complete lack of empathy on the part of the staff nurse resulted in one unhappy customer and a washing machine full of plaster stained washing.
We'll go to Southmead next time.
