Thursday 29th August, I went to the BRI for a pacemaker fitted. From arriving to leaving I was welcomed and treated with the utmost respect by the very good humoured and very professional staff. They put me at ease and explained perfectly the procedures I was about to have. Great People, Doctors, Nurses and Staff. Oh, and great cups of tea, biscuits and sandwiches too. Thank you all very much x Very kind regards John Cheetham
