I arrived home from France yesterday evening having twisted my knee badly and was told by my GP to go to casualty when I got home. Everyone I saw was helpful friendly and told me exactly what was going to happen. I arrived at 815am and was on my way home by 1015am having been provided with a much more comfortable and supportive knee brace than I had been provided with in France and an excellent pair of crutches.
I would particularly like to mention the nurse practitioner was excellent, knew so much and was so careful to explain things in plain English and also a showed me online where I could find more information about the diagnosis I’d been given. But everyone from reception to booking to the nurse practitioner to the orthopaedist was so kind friendly reassuring and willing to answer my questions. I arrived anxious and worried and left feeling much more positive with my spirits lifted. Thank you Tommy’s.
