"Do not accept the call and do not bother to..."

About: Ealing Hospital / Gynaecology

My wife visited this hospital gynecology deptt for Mirena coil insertion appointment on 17th April 2019. Even though reaching on time, waited for 40 mins to get seen, mirena coil insertion done advised that there will be a followup appointment in 3 months time. After the coil insertion, my wife is suffering with heavy bleeding and lost weight 3-4 kgs, I contacted hospital several occasion via the hospital main reception to the Gynecology reception, no one picks the call only recorded voice message played (I'm away from my desk please leave your name message to call back.. the default recorded message), No once return the call from this office even though I have left several messages and tried calling the office during different times but no one bother to pick the call, how one can trust that every time (different timing morning afternoon, evening all the time) the reception staff is away from her desk and never return the call. NHS needs to be privatized, the way the tax payer money is wasted is horrible and no one

NHS staff cares. Staff spent more time in non routine activity and personal stuffs.I'm still waiting from them to call back. Looks like I have to take my wife to the hospital (without an appointment) and sit there until seen by the specialist.

I was very sorry to hear of the difficulties you have had trying to get through to the Gynaecology team at Northwick Park Hospital. It is of course unacceptable that your messages requesting a call back have not been actioned.
