About: Edgware Community Hospital / Neurological Rehabilitation Centre

(as the patient),

I was appointed Magdalena to help me with movement & pain relief & help for my spine. I would like to thank Magdalena for giving me new exercises to work at home to help me with my pain & stiffness. Over these 6 weeks I feel I have moved forward more than I thought it would have, & this is all down to Magdalena. I now have a set of exercises I can work with. Magdalena has also given me confidence to keep up my progress am making which am grateful for. This has been a very positive experience, so like to wish her more success for the future.
