I had a minor procedure. I feel fine but found the operating theatre cold. All staff excellent as I have come to expect.

Thank you so much for providing us with your valuable feedback on your recent procedure. I'm delighted that you found the staff to be excellent, and I will ensure that this is shared with them.

I will also discuss the temperature of the operating theatre with the day surgery staff, and with our estates colleagues to see if there is anything we can do to address that for patient comfort.
