"Absolutely appalling place"

What a absolute discusting place. My son of 17 fell down the stairs and could not weight bear on his ankle so I rang 999 for a ambiance got told help was on the way as my son was in great pain. My son has real bad anxiety problems and panic attacks which was very hard to see. The ambiance arrived 3 hrs later leaving my son lying in the hallway floor in pain. The ambulance arrived took me to this dreadful place. I have never seen anything like it drunks and people stumbling all over the ambulance man put my son in the main waiting area and said that we was being booked in which would have been at around 12.30 wa still sat in the same place never to be seen at 3pm in the morning which but this time my son could not cope anymore as patients that came and booked in after him at the desk was being seen first which was a complete joke as my son was taken in via ambulance. By this point my son had enough and he limped out of a Anderson and said he was not waiting any longer . All in all 6 hours wait and still never got seen and certainly will not be returning I have never seen such a discusting dirty place in all my life. There was urine samples thrown under chairs and also a used tampax under my chair DISCUSTING FOR WHAT IS SUPPISED TO ME A STERILE PLACE.
