"Recent procedure"

About: Pilgrim Hospital / Gastroenterology

(as the patient),

From arriving at the hospital (Endoscopy - Pilgrim Hospital) to being discharged I was treated with the utmost respect & dignity.

The care & professionalism of each individual was exemplary.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the Dr (who introduced himself as Madine) who undertook the procedure & his three assistants (Paige, Priscilla & Paul) for their care & attention throughout the procedure.

I had opted to have the procedure without sedation (which I’m informed is unusual) but their sense of humour, care & attention to my wellbeing made the whole experience a pleasure...yes you read that right ‘a pleasure’

For the individuals that cared for me before & after the procedure their care was just as important & executed with sensitivity

Thank you to all concerned in Endoscopy, Pilgrim Hospital Boston

Many thanks for your comments following your visit to Endoscopy at Pilgrim.

It is good to know that your experience was so good, I know that visiting Endoscopy is a very daunting experience and to hear that staff treated you in a way that helped with this is very valuable.

I will make sure that staff are aware of the feedback you have given.
