My father is in his nineties.
As a family we needed to call for an ambulance to attend as his temperature was spiralling out of control due to what has turned out to be an infection. The paramedics attending were Jenny and Sam.
They were both utterly amazing. Total professionals from start to finish and coupled their professionalism with determination to do the best by our Dad and our family; with humour never far from the conversations being had to get us all through a very challenging situation. My Dad is still firing on all cylinders, and thanks to Jenny and Sam is continuing to do so now he is back home with us. They looked after the most precious person to our family and we entrusted him into their hands - and very safe hands indeed.
