"Fantastic, efficient and friendly service"

I have been most impressed with joining the surgery, the receptionists was very informative and provided me with all the information I needed to join the surgery (which s very refreshing due to my past surgery not being any where as helpful or supportive). I was invited in and supported through completing all the necessary forms. I recently found out I was pregnant and the receptionist ensured I had all the information I needed. They assured me I would see a Dr. for my first appointment which was very encouraging as a first time mum. Then at my Dr.s appt it was slightly late which I was instantly apologised to about but it really didn't matter to me due to the fantastic service I got. My Dr. spoke to me like an equal with great humour and I spent majority of the appointment in laughter, and as a psychiatric nurse it was impressive to see how much info my Dr obtained from me within a 5 min relaxed chat- very impressed. Really made my day and I was comforted by her realistic and friendly approach, she assured me that between us we will manage my pregnancy and any concerns the process of calling triage which also calmed some anxieties and I felt less alone and very well supported. Most impressed! Just what G.P's should be like.

I hope she is aware of how impressed I am!
