i came in for injections to my lower back, staff were friendly and the place was clean.i had received a letter a week before my stay, but no time, the letter explaining you will get this, two working days before you come in,well three phones calls, later and two hrs before close on Friday ,I was given my time,I dont think the people who deal with handing out times, takes in to consideration, how far you have to travel, and if you have children and a dog to sort out.so I get there 7.30am,I did not go to surgery until 10am,afterwards very unwell, due to anaesthetic,on many occasions,I was told (not to worry ,you take as long as you like to recover,we put other patients, who were due to have the bed I’m in,somewhere else),I felt guilty for being so ill and taking up the bed, after 6 hrs,and having a drip and other things,a nurse came up and askied if I was ready to be discharged, even thou she could see I’m was still being sick,I’d had enough and went on the long drive home.at home I was very ill and had to visit doctors, who tried to phone new hall, but no luck, and no answer machine to leave a message. I phoned spoke with a doctor and he said he would get back to me,I’m still waiting.
