I was put on a stroke ward because I had signs of a stroke. They decided to do a lumbar puncture. The room was dark and I could not curl up in a ball. When the needle was put into my spine it touched my sciatic nerve which I told the doctor, the pain was awful. Now over two years later the pain in my left leg is awful. My leg swells up and I am 24 hours a day of sciatica. I now use a mobility scooter because I cannot walk far.
