(as the patient),

I came for a gastroscopy after being referred by my GP and was overall very satisfied with the service. The staff at BVH are extremely polite and friendly, took time to explain everything and were thorough. The gastroscopy itself wasn't exactly the most pleasant experience I've had, but the nurses were all reassuring throughout. I didn't wait too long, just 20 mins from my appointment time and was out very quickly in about half an hour. Overall, lovely staff and professional care.
