"Kind and informative A&E staff"

About: Peterborough City Hospital / Accident and emergency

I visited A&E this morning with numbness and urinary retention worries.

The triage staff, nurses and doctor were all caring and professional.

The doctor I saw took the time to do a thorough exam, explain clearly and calmly what was about to be done, the outcome and what would happen next in a caring and personal way.

This put my mind at rest as I feared I had something seriously wrong with me.

With thanks and appreciation for the good work you all do.
