Holiday Hub has made me more aware of the amount of sugar in foods using the change for life food scanner. 

We have really enjoyed it meeting new people, getting out and about and cooking healthy food.

Brilliant to hear about your positive experience by attending the Holiday Hub at Manton Children Centre.

The Change for Life scanner is a great resource and a real eye opener like you've said about how much sugar is in the food we eat.

Glad you have had the opportunity to meet new people and enjoy cooking and eating healthy food.
