"Phone answered in good time"

I was very surprised when my call was answered with a very nice greeting today & more to the point very quickly after a short wait. I remember when I used to call before I used to keep dialling and the phones would not be working or a few times I was on hold and then the call would suddenly cut off. I did ask the receptionist after informing her that I wasn’t expecting my call to be answered so promptly she said the surgery has a new phone system I could even tell in her voice that she was also very pleased with the new phone system.

Thank you for your feedback on our new telephone system, many patients have commented how they no longer experience the issues that were present with the old system. We take patient feedback very seriously and for some time now various patients have commented on the issues they were having with the old telephone system, this was also reflective in the GP national patient survey. The team have worked really hard in sourcing a telephony provider that is fit for purpose and we are pleased to hear that the new telephone system is meeting your expectations.
