Worse than a prison

"Worse than a prison"

Aspen unit. Worst experience of my life.

Practically beg for a ground walk never mind access of the unit.

If you move a leg you get told of for exercising.

No encouragement from the psychologist. Not enough daylight given and nothing much to do.

Dignity and self respect totally taken away from you.

Find another place or other way to get better. Its very Victorian in its approach. You get more in prison.
