entered Acer ward 12 noon out with medication at 1700.. Most pleasant and reassuring attention ; teamwork of staff very apparent.. Little waiting each part of procedure flowed speedily and logically . Could not have wished for more but this is the fourth procedure at DVH over last few years and I have come to expect good service AND STILL GET IT. well done staff and management in these difficult times .
