"Massive improvement with the reception team"

Having previously had some poor experiences with the reception team, in the last 12months I have seen a considerable improvement in the way they interact with patients, whatever training Addison House are doing, keep doing it, it is working. Doctors are generally great, although it can be difficult to schedule an appointment with a specific doctor in a timely manner. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for the vaccinations team who are uninformative, sometimes aggressive and lack the patient care required to do such an important role.
