About: North Tyneside General Hospital / Gynaecology

(as a service user),

I had a dreadful experience at the beginning of the year at a North Tyneside Gynaecology department where I had a Hysteroscopy procedure without any knowledge or advice prior to the procedure.

It was made 1000 times worse by the consultant ignoring my pleas to stop when I asked. There were 4 other medical people in the room and later on when I complained suddenly two people disappeared from the complaint and the two others couldn’t remember what happened!
