"Bring back a previous doctor"

I rarely give reviews, or fortunately (touch wood!) have to see a doctor, but I feel the personalised service under one doctor has gone out the window. When i've seen a doctor/spoken to them they have point blank refused to help when I need extra prescription medication for travelling regularly. I don't feel personal circumstances or history are taken into account, the usual one size fits all tick box exercise. I don't blame the doctors necessarily, another doctor was lovely and I was trying to reason, but another doctor last year in surgery was downright condescending and rude. I'm 46 and know what I need!
