"Attentive staff from the minute I arrived"

I attended for day surgery for a biopsy and hysteroscopy at the Gynaecology department. Unfortunately my procedure did not go ahead due to very HBP - I would just like to praise all the staff, nurses doctors for the attentiveness you shown me and the clear and calm explanation to the procedure I was supposed to receive. Although I don't have much hospital experience as a patient, I cannot commend enough the staff who attended to me ...The NHS gets so many criticisms and it was so refreshing for me to experience such a pleasant and attentive staff from the minute I arrived to the second I left.... I wish more Doctors and nurses were like you! ! !   THANK YOU! ! ! !
