"Everything was first class"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / Stroke Care

(as a service user),

It was good to have somewhere to go when something went wrong far from home.

I felt so much better knowing there was someone to be on hand and sort things out before going on the long journey home at least things were put in place.

Everything was first class.

Dear caelumqb48,

Coming in to hospital can be a really frightening time. I can only imagine how much more difficult this must have been when away from home.

It is lovely to read your feedback in relation to your experience. I will ensure this is shared with the team. They will be delighted to read your comments.

Thank you for taking the time to post your feedback on Care Opinion. I hope your journey home wasn't too bad and that you are now recovering well.

Best Wishes,

Christine
