(as the patient),

I went in for my coloposcopy today as soon as I went into the room I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed. The three members of staff in the room were brilliant they were very friendly and all offered support through out the procedure. Every thing was explained brilliantly and they carried on explaining everything that was going on from start to finish which really helped. Thank you to all 3 ladies that I saw today.

I am pleased to hear you were welcomed by friendly staff, had thorough explanations prior to and during the procedure and felt well informed, comfortable and supported throughout. Our colposcopy services adhere to our the trust values which include being patient centred, having respect for others and striving for excellence. It is a pleasure to know when we get things right.
