Dear quebecmw98,

It is so nice to read your feedback. I can imagine for all of us coming in to hospital we are worried that we aren't going to get better. It is great to see getting better as your top feedback on what was good. This is certainly a goal as a team we share with you.

It is lovely to read that the nursing staff were able to make you feel better and in particular Susan and Chanley. They both will be delighted to read about your experience and most importantly that you are now feeling better.

Thank you for providing your comments in relation to your experience. I will ensure this is shared with the team. I hope you are recovering well.

Best Wishes,

Christine
