"Caring staff make my chemotherapy more bearable"

About: New Victoria Hospital / Chemotherapy

(as the patient),

Chemotherapy is not pleasant and the thought of it is scary.

However all the staff at Clinic P in the New Victoria Hospital in Glasgow are fantastic (admin, nursing and medical). They are all friendly and caring, nothing seems to be too much trouble for them and they all take time to explain the procedures.

Together they make an unpleasant experience more bearable.

Dear curate2004

We really appreciate your kind comments about Clinic P.

It's really good to be able to share these with the whole team and to know that we are getting it right.

I am so glad to hear we are making your scary experience more bearable.

Thanks again and all the best

Natasha
