"Received excellent care in acute admission"

About: Royal Bournemouth General Hospital / Accident and emergency

My husband Tony saw a doctor in acute admissions today, feeling very anxious and stressed out. The doctor he saw spent half an hour chatting to him checking him over and he left a different man . Would just like to pass on our thanks to the doctor which he saw . He’s doing a fantastic job. Thankyou so much

Dear Anonymous

Thank you for sharing your husbands experience and sorry to hear he was feeling so stressed and anxious.

We are pleased to hear the Dr was able to take a good amount of time checking your husband over and making sure he was well enough to leave and was feeling much better when he did.

Your kind comments will be sent to the lead consultants to share with the rest of their team.

Regards

Patient Experience Team
