"Shockingly inept Doctor/surgery!"

So my wife goes to the doctor and complains of pain to her Kidneys, The doctor assesses her and apparently books a scan in to check it out as an urgent case, Scan appointment should be in about 4-6 weeks time, he also says she needs to take some pain killers and subsequently issues her a prescription, When my wife shows me the prescription, I notice that it's not in my wife's name or even the drugs she should be taking...So next day the wife goes back to Medical center to inform the doctor of this mistake and to get the correct prescription, So upon seeing the receptionist, she explained the mistake to which the receptionist took the prescription of her saying you should not have this, where did you get it and basically treated her like a criminal, my wife then said she needed to speak to the doctor to get the proper one and then was told she would have book another appointment to do this, My wife then had to kick up a fuss and refused to leave until she see's the doctor!

Then another doctor came out and spoke to her after 20min of arguing with the receptionist, after which the doctor then started to argue with my wife about upsetting the receptionist and disrupting the practice, Really.... She only wanted to point out she had been given someone else's prescription and to get the correct one, but suddenly shes the bad one! My wife eventually left very upset and confused by the whole incident...and without a any prescription to ease her pain to boot!...not even for the headache she left with. So....story continues....After a few weeks, wife gets a letter to say come get a health check up, so she goes and is instructed to go get a blood test, which she does and then returns to the same doctor to get results...Doctor says all OK with blood results. So wife then asks him about the scan she's waiting for(now 6 weeks after) to witch he replies, you had a scan last year(which was for something else completely different BTW) so all is Ok, wife says no this is for a new scan for the pain I have in my kidneys, to which doctor says You had a scan already, so all is OK: Wife explains: no this is a new scan for the kidney pain we discussed 6 weeks ago..Doctor says: this could now take 3 - 6 months or even up to 12 months. My wife then asked to see the request for the scan to which the doctor started acting strange saying he can't deal with this, got agree and upset you just have to wait maybe even 1 year, its not my fault, even started shouting at my wife saying to just go to the hospital A+E for a scan and shoved her out the door...Again she left with nothing but despair,,, I think the behavior and attitude of this Doctor and his staff is very unprofessional, rude and dysfunctional...
