I don’t go to the DR very often and this surgery would reinforce why. You are not taken seriously by the DR’s, there is no urgency, they don’t call back when they say they will.

No continuity you never see the same DR twice, it is fine for contraception and non-urgent or non-complex matters.

As it has been posted anonymously, I have not been able to review what has happened here.

We encourage our patients to book with the same doctor wherever possible, particularly with any ongoing conditions.

Patients can also register for online appointment booking to see when their usual GP has appointments available.
