About: Highbury Hospital Highbury Hospital / Cherry Ward

(as the patient),

The shower floor on Cherry was slippery when I went in, I nearly fell. 

At home I've got a mat to stop me slipping.

Some staff on the ward have got their priorities wrong. I feel they clear away too fast at mealtimes .

Im sorry to hear about your experience in the shower, I will speak to the staff on your behalf and ensure that the floors are dried after each use.


Im also sorry to hear your comments with regards to staff and mealtimes, I will pass on your comments and request that they do not clear away too fast in the future.
