"Thank you for taking such good care of me"

About: Ipswich Hospital

(as the patient),

This year I have attended the day surgery unit twice under Dr Kamil for my hips. The most recent being in August.

From arrival to discharge, all the staff are friendly and professional. 

On both occasions I was looked after so well before, after and during the procedure too. Given a hand to hold/squeeze and conversation to help distract me when it hurt. 

I'm genuinely thankful to all the staff who have looked after me, made me smile, made me laugh, and put up with my constant moaning about being hungry. I have been in many hospitals and Ipswich is second to none. Thank you for taking such good care of me and the amazing work you do every day.
