(as a service user),

Needed to have repairs to the wheelchair.   I am 85 and my husband is 89 and we rely on the chair.   It needed new wheels, wheel brace and control repair.   Allen did a lovely job and wanted to say we give him him ten out of ten.   Thank you everyone at WestMARC

Thank you so much for posting your feedback here on Care Opinion. I am so glad to read that Allen was able to carry out all the repairs you needed on your wheelchair. We know that the wheelchairs that we provide are heavily relied on by all our Patients so we endeavour to get any repairs done in a timeously as we can.
