"My Emergency Story"

I walked to mayday croydon hospital recently because I keep falling on the floor hitting my poor head. I walk in the croydon emergency department looking medical help for me. I went to a person in the hospital and explained my problems about falling on the floor and having breathing problems. I walk to the front to speak to a person at the desk and I was about to give a person phone to a person and I fell on the floor in croydon emergency department. I wake up with an oxygen mask attached to my face and I want to say thank you to paramedics and medical staff for saving my life.
